Michael J. McGirney, a Member of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group, will discuss “Legal Ethics of Social Media and ESI” at the NBI Obtaining Evidence From Electronic Devices Seminar on April 25^th, in Tampa, FL.

McGirney will explore the ethics in social media and ESI, diving into topics such attorney E-Discovery competency, data confidentiality, spoliation and inadvertent disclosure of documents.
