Associate

Samuel Marranca is an associate in Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci’s Philadelphia office, focusing his practice primarily on Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and civil rights. Mr. Marranca joined the firm as a co-op intern in August 2024 through the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law’s Co-Operative Program, and then continued as a law clerk from December 2024; most recently rising to the role of Associate Attorney in January 2026.

Mr. Marranca earned his juris doctor from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2025, where he was Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of OUTLAW, and a member of the Alternative Dispute and Resolution Team. As a member of the ADR Team, Sam competed as a semi-finalist in the American Bar Association’s 2024 Arbitration Competition in Chicago. While studying law at Drexel University, he also served as a student teacher in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, teaching constitutional law to Philadelphia high school students. Mr. Marranca graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history from the University of Scranton.

Some of Mr. Marranca’s previous work experience includes time spent as an intern for the Honorable Karoline Mehalchick of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and as an intern for the Honorable Lois E. Murphy of the Montgomery County Orphans’ Court.

Mr. Marranca is an avid cook and baker and enjoys travelling the world to try new recipes.
