Jeffrey Kaiser

Jeffrey D. Kaiser focuses on a wide range of corporate, real estate and financial transactions. He previously practiced law at a large international law firm and as in-house corporate counsel to a large energy company and to a real estate investment fund. He has substantial experience representing clients in the energy, financial services, health care, telecommunications, entertainment, hospitality and real estate industries, as well as issues relating to franchise and distribution relationships. As a result of his experience as in-house counsel, he also provides general business counseling on various strategic and day-to-day legal issues.
In 2013, Mr. Kaiser was named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by The Legal Intelligencer and, in 2012, he was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of Who’s Who in Energy. In 2008, he was recognized as one of 35 Pennsylvania Lawyers on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and as national Chair of the Financial Services Committee and Real Estate Committee of the ACC.
He represents clients in connection with real estate, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business and asset purchases and sales, divestiture of business units, entity structuring and formation, outsourcing transactions, private placements, joint ventures, various mezzanine and equity investment transactions, and private fund matters.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review.
